This is a “self service“ hotel. This means that there is no one on site to help you if things don’t go well. The code they gave me to get into my room did not work and I called them multiple times to get help and have not received a response. That was two days ago. I have reported it to Expedia, hoping to get my money back and protect others from this kind of treatment.

It was Quaint, cozy, and immaculate. We met Joy the cleaning lady, she was sweet, kind, and very accommodating. Gabe was also very nice and took care of all of our concerns with diligence and caring. Loved the stay! Would highly recommend!

Would recommend lil jo

Fast response from staff. Stayed in the Lil Jo room, it was private and clean. I liked that we could park in the back and be close to our room. The three other queen rooms are close together, I would be upset if I had booked one of the others and been so close to the other couples staying. Could be nice for multiple friends to book together. Glad I made my room choice, though it was just a guess.

Cozy and exactly what you need, cloud comfy bed, soft pillows, ample outlets for charging things, heat worked great, hot shower with awesome pressure. Staying here again next time we are in the area.
