This small property is located in Erquy, a vibrant port and renowned seaside resort with white sand beaches, charming boutiques, and typical restaurants. Erquy, a jewel of the Emerald Coast, offers 10 different beaches to discover depending on the time of day or the tide. The 15 km of marked coastal paths allow you to explore Cap Erquy and its exceptional wildlife. This busy fishing port is famous for its delicious scallops, making Erquy one of the largest ports in Europe for this seafood. The Bay of St. Brieuc also offers superb hiking trails. Just a few minutes' drive away, you'll reach St Brieuc, St Cast Le Guildo, Cap Fréhel with its Fort Lalatte, as well as Dinan, Dinard, and the corsair city of St Malo.
