A three floor maisonette 175sqm, with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large living room with fireplace and french doors, which open to a big terasse where the pool is .The terasse has amazing views of the sea and the island of Spetses.
The house offers modern amenities such as A/C, alarm, fully equiped kitchen, bbq, outdoor shower. Bedding, towels and personal care products are provided. Once per week, maid service is included.
