Its listed as sleeps 8.We only had 4 coming, and was shown the price for the stay.We added one more and they wanted another 58.00. Never heard about this on any of my past VRBO stays. Do not like hiden cost.

Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. That being said, it was a very wonderful stay

Traveled from Ohio to visit our Father-in-law and great-grandfather. We have a wonderful time in fellowship with our family in ERIE. Great food and history lessons. The Airbnb location was awesome, and the accommodation met our consumer needs.

Great Stay in Erie

We really enjoyed this property on our recent trip to Erie! Clean, plenty of space and great location to get downtown, to go shopping or Presque Isle Bay. Sarah was a great host and very attentive if we needed anything. We will definitely stay at this residence again in the future! Thank you Sarah!

Perfect getaway in town

This house was much bigger than we needed for a reunion between two college roommates, but it felt cozy and homey. It is on a main street, so there was some street noise, but Erie is not a big city and this house is in a nice neighborhood. Romolo's Chocolates and Pressed Coffee and Books are within walking distance. Casablanca Grill, a hidden gem with amazing Middle Eastern food made from scratch, is just down the road. The house was clean and neat, centrally located, and perfect for a little getaway!

Nice Stay

This was a great stay for our weekend in Erie. The house was clean, and beds comfortable. The neighborhood was great for our walks. Only a few blocks from the lake. It is on a main road so it can be a little noisy and the furniture in the living room could use some updating, it wasnt very comfortablecomfortable

Fabulous Location!!!

The location could not have been better!! We were traveling to Erie for the 1st time with our 4 grandchildren ages 6-11 to go to Presque Isle and Waldameer Park. Everything was right there!! We did our meals at the property and there were plenty of plates, dishes, silverware and everything we needed to cook. The kitchen and dining area, while small had everything we needed to keep 4 kids happy!! One of the best parts of the property was the room on the 3rd floor with the 2 twin beds. This provided space for the big kids to get away and feel like they had room away from the little kids. We found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. Overall, the home, which is part of a duplex, has a very chic, comfortable retro feel. We totally enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year.
