"Booked a room for 1 night to escape the lightning storms and get away from the bad weather. Arrived at approximately 9:30 PM and checked out at 10:30PM. It was room 323. Upon arrival, the gentlemen checking us in read out the last four of our debit card on file to confirm it was ours, it was in fact not our card we had listed. He also asked if it was a masters card, also not a card we carry. That should have been our que to just leave; however, we were exhausted and wanted a safe place away from the storm. When we finally got to our room, it smelled awful and musty. The first thing we noticed were the counter tops and tables being covered in this white powdery residue. Then we saw jelly smeared on top of the desk and table. Crumbs were all over the couch and also the counter tops. It only got worse from here. The bathroom was filthy. The corner of the bath tub had caked up soap scum, the floor in the tub was dirty and had hairs all in it, and a used bar of soap was left on the tub. The toilet had pubic hair all in it and skid marks. Toilet paper had not been replaced; instead, the roll that the previous guest had used was still there . The floor in the bathroom had hair all over it with reddish-brown streaks on the tile. The bathroom sink also had hair in it and we had no hand soap, we were only given used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Now moving on to the bedding, it has not been changed and looked clearly used. There was hair on the sheets."
