Villa is located in historic Epidavros
where the first national assembly took place and only 8 km. from the ancient theater of Epidavros is also very close to Nafplio 35km, Poros 35km, Porto Heli 45, Loutraki Casino 45km, Spetses45. The sea is 3km. where the visitor will find plenty of restaurants taverns beach bar shops.

In an olive grove there is an independent, stone house of 134 m2 in its own plot of 1.050 m2. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a semi-separate kitchen, living room with dining area and covered verandas around the house. The internal staircase leads to the second level interior level suitable for a bedroom. The house is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and it is fully furnished, it has autonomous oil heating, fireplace in the living room, alarm, double glazing and wooden frames. The garden is fully planted and landscaped in front of the house, which has an outdoor pool of 52 m2, an external living room of 13 m2 with bbq and a wood oven. The back of the property is fully landscaped with stamped floors suitable for parking.
