It was a really calm place with a polite and friendly staff who was always here to helping and making sure our stay was comfortable, the restaurant and the bar has an amazing atmosphere with delicious dishes and cocktails on the menu. We will for sure recommend this place to our relatives.

We arrived during a storm & the hotel was experiencing a power failure. The friendliness & helpfulness of Gigi upon our arrival set the tone for our 5 day stay. The resourcefulness of the hotel management team during the new year Cyclone was excellent.

Cher pour ce que c’est !

Hôtel plein de charme mais pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Prise de la chambre à 13h rendre la chambre le lendemain à 11h et on ne peut rester à la piscine que jusqu’à 12h30. Une fois la chambre rendue il n’est pas possible de profiter des structures de l’hôtel. Pas de climatisation ni même de télévision dans les chambres. Le restaurant une heure d’attente pour 2 plats et un menu enfant : cher et rien d’extraordinaire ! En revanche le personnel de l’accueil est formidable et aux petits soins.

Séjour dans le cadre de l’anniversaire de mon épouse, belle découverte, accueil, sourires, services, très bonne table à découvrir vraiment! Seul bémol la literie qui se creuse un Ti peu et l’absence de Clim mais franchement si le brasseur d’air fonctionnait bien tout aurait été parfait ! ( malheureusement cela n’était pas le cas dans notre chambre )

Fantastisch verblijf tussen de bergen

Kamers zijn super net met alles erop en eraan.per kamer ook de badjassen voor het zwembad en spa. Super vriendelijk personeel. Op de kamer kan thee en koffie gezet worden en fles water kan gratis bijgevuld worden bij de bar.

Dépaysement et calme assuré

Bel hôtel, éloigné de la côte et des bouchons réunionnais, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Personnel très accueillant (Florence à l'accueil, Joséphine et Olivia pour un super massage, Kévin pour le restaurant qui a eu la lourde tâche de faire passer tous les manquements du restaurant tels des plats qui n'existaient plus depuis trois mois). Chambre non climatisée avec ventilateur au plafond. Coté restauration, la pièce de bœuf vendue "au poids" (99€/kg) était en réalité une côte donc sans maitrise du poids !! Donc, pour avoir un morceau plus important (merlan), le prix est facturé à deux fois le plat ... inadmissible. Pour conclure, super hôtel mais restaurant à éviter.
