We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Uganda trip. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. It was so nice to have a tv and air conditioning. The staff was helpful and the menu at the restaurant was good. Just watch out for the lake flies!

The hotel has a nice lakeside setting and the airport shuttle service was convenient and appreciated. However, the property feels older and could benefit from updates and general refreshment. There were also many lake flies during our stay, which made the experience less comfortable. We requested a late checkout and, although the manager offered a reduced rate, we still had to pay $50 for a 3:00 pm departure. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives, but there is room for improvement.
