From our entrance to our exit staff was kind, pleasant, very helpful in assisting with travel needs around town. Great amenities (pool, gym, restaurant, bar) for all travelers. All staff made us feel at home away from home.

In general thos hotel chain is a good value. Some of them are better than others. The Enschede hotel is older and the restaurant was nearly as nice as others weve stayed in. Service was very good.

Decent clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is 17 euro a head. Lots of free parking space. Our room had the toilet in a small closet, with a small sink that was absolutely useless. So you went to the toilet in the closet, and then had to go to the bigger bathroom to wash hands. If you pick a room without balcony, the guests who have a balcony can look directly in to your room, so you’ll have to keep the blinds shut at all time.

Der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon war voll! Es gab in der Sauna keine Handtücher mehr sodass wir die Handtücher vom Zimmer mitnehmen mussten. Nach der Sauna haben wir nach Sauberen Handtücher an der Rezeption gefragt aber auch dort haben wir keine bekommen und hatten nichts zum duschen und abtrocknen.

J'ai eu la désagréable surprise que la première chambre alloué était située sur l'avant et juste en face des ascenseurs 😲Après discussion avec la réceptionniste, concernant mes demandes.J'ai pu dormir au calme, la chambre était au 11ième étage et donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment et éloigné des ascenseurs. 😅 Grande chambre, propre avec balcon. Grande douche à l'italienne, en plus d'une baignoire. La restauration est correcte étant donné qu'ils revisite tous les plats !! Superbe buffet pour le petit-déjeuner Personnels très sympa et agréable.

Hotel excelente! Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Staff muito atencioso e restaurante com padrão de qualidade bem acima da media. Bem localizado, mas não no centro. Piscina e saunas ótimas e muito bem cuidadas. Academia poderia ser melhor. É bem pequena e com pouquíssimos equipamentos.
