Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome!
Beautiful authentic stay
The hotel is a little old fashioned but still beautiful and the views are spectacular.
The onsen public bath was really good too - spacious , clean and relaxing. My whole Emily is reallly happy
We stayed 2 nights, definitely needs a car to be able to see things. Breakfast was buffet mixed traditional with some western food. The park was lovely with the cherry blossoms. Drove lots to see more.
Hotel is okay for somewhere to sleep but lacks charm, comfort or welcome. The town is entirely miss-able but it is a good base for exploring the local area. The food options in the town are quite limited.
The property is dated, but the view and public Onson are fabulous. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food was amazing, both breakfast and the dinner.

Dinner is unexpectedly nice and interesting! Onsen facialities have water pressure to target certain parts of the body. Its walkable to the park and the room has a good view to the ferris wheel and river mountains
The area is lovely. Staff was great and so was the hotel breakfast and dinner. The lobby and other community areas were great. The only reason for giving the hotel three stars overall rating is that the bathroom was outdated - the hotel was celebrating a one year opening so I was surprised at the outdated bathroom condition.
nice, friendly and one of the best baths ever seen
1st time there on the way from Magomejuku, liked by all members of the group. Very nice staff, excellent rooms, good hispeed wireless and above all an absolutely interesting onsen style ofuro...
