Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful log cabin. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into the Montana dream — peaceful, surrounded by incredible scenery, and the perfect place to slow down and breathe in that mountain air.The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The rustic charm combined with all the little thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the views each morning was something special, and the quiet of the valley was exactly what our family needed after the busyness of travel.As visitors from Australia travelling with our kids, this stay was a real highlight of our trip. It gave us the chance to properly experience the beauty of Montana and create some wonderful family memories.We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful cabin experience in an incredible location, this is it.Thank you for having us!

Laura was very accommodating and available. She made our stay extra special for our two dogs with a nice bag of necessities for them. The river access was wonderful. The views are gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here!

The best place for my husband and I. Located close to Yellowstone Park. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful views. The horses are sweet and we were visited by mule deer. Beautiful sunsets and rises.

Beautiful cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little cabin near the river. The location was great - close to things but far enough away from busy crowds/towns. We were able to fish in the river just a short walk away!

Lovely stay - owners very accommodating - adorable cabin - close to Chico/Sage. Ladder from 2nd floor at 2am a little scary in the dark...but manageable :)

Yellowstone stay

Great little cabin- everything you need- location details not specific- dual cabins/directly next to each other … not aware of this- also no kayaks /boats available at site- pictures indicated there were kayaks which there was not…But wonderful host allowed us to checkin cabin at 12 instead of 3pm- which was very nice and helpful…Overall very nice and we enjoyed being right on the Yellowstone River

Amazing

This property was exactly what I was hoping for. A short 30 min drive into Yellowstone, but nestled in the mountains. Very clean, everything we needed inside. Room for us all to fit- my husband and I and our 4 little kids. The kids loved the horse. Owners were quick to respond with any questions and very kind. Would recommend!

The River cabin is wonderful. A beautiful spot to relax after enjoying a great hike during the day. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend a stay at the River cabin.

Perfect North Yellowstone Base

This cabin was perfect for my husband, two boys (11 and 13) and I. We were 30 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone and about 30 min from Livingston, which had great food. The hosts were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the hot water was INSTANT, and overall, we truly could not have asked for more. So glad we booked here!

This property was fantastic! Perfectly stocked, comfortable beds, great hot water heater, very clean, super cute decor and above all amazing views and access to the Yellowstone River. If we could have bottled up that level of peace and brought it home with us, we would have!

Perfectly Rural

We all very much enjoyed having a nice private quiet place that was close to Yellowstone and Gardiner but also away from the noise and busy-ness of the populated areas. It was a nice refuge after a long and busy day of touring. A second cabin on the property was mentioned, but it was closer than we expected…right next to ours. It was unoccupied for part of the time we were there, but once occupied, we felt a little self-conscious being outside, letting our kid run around, etc…wish they had been a little farther apart. That aside, though, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Super clean, well-stocked, comfortable!

Perfect getaway.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. This cozy cabin was the perfect getaway. Close enough to enjoy all there is to see in Yellowstone National Park but still off the beaten path enough to feel like we had a piece of Montana paradise to ourselves for a few nights! The cabin was so clean it even appeared to be brand new, we had all the cooking supplies to have home cooked meals every night/morning, even down to the grill. The owners were very attentive and responsive to any questions I had before, during and after my stay. They were sure to add all the finishing touches to our stay to make it convenient, comfortable and extra special, even down to the basket for the pups with mud friendly towels, extra doggy bags, and food and water bowls! We are so grateful for all of the hospitality and can’t wait to stay here again!
