"Th you g lady working the desk was wonderful. But the first room I was given was … the worst thing I could imagine. The door lock was busted off, the smoke detector was detached and resting on the table with wires protruding from the walls. The bed sheets were covered in various bugs and hairs. There were lines of dust imprinted on the sheets, in the pattern of the mattress topper. I went to please ask for a refund and I would just keep driving down the road. She offered me a different room, assuring me it would be cleaner. It was marginally better. It had a lock and plugged in smoke detector, but not tv remote. The bed at least appeared clean. Still, I couldn’t sleep and ended up leaving at 1am. I felt like things were crawling on me, and I could hear people outside smoking (and smell the smoke in my room). "
