Hotel was nice and clean but there were a few things that put us off. We were there only 1 night and had booked 2 rooms. We checked in late and no shampoo in one of the rooms and bathroom shower in the other was not draining. Next day breakfast was lackluster at best

Staff and service was good. But seems like they like to have separate good-looking rooms for their elite members while not-so good rooms for others. We had a stained-sheet in our initial room and had to request another room.

Reasonable price, overall experience was OK

This hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep/shower. It is very close to the interstate so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. We did fine though. It is an older building but the rooms were fine. The heat/AC worked but took a while for us to figure it out. Housekeeping services are by request only, which is our preference anyway. We had a couple issues, missing microwave in first room, both key cards stopped working a day early. The staff did a fine job of resolving both issues. The breakfast offering was limited but staff did a good job keeping it fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the location to restaurants shopping was good. It was a reasonably priced option for nearby hiking and water falls.

This hotel is just not nice at all. Floors sticky, table surfaces too. Bed terrible. Just not a good experience, even as a last resort like it was. Would never choose it again.

Smoke alarm started beeping at 2am. Front desk said they didn’t have any batteries to fix it. They told me to pull it down and take the batteries out. So now if there’s a fire in my room there won’t be a smoke detector to wake me up. Awesome. Got 2 hours of sleep before leaving for work

The Quality Inn was average. It was clean, but not over the top. The only really bad thing was our bedspread was stained in a couple spots, so we didn’t use it.
