I accidentally reserved an extra night and even though I selected pay at desk and called in 5 min after the reservation was made and was told it would be cancelled. I was still charged and was told to call back on Monday when a manager was in. I still was unable to get my money back. I will not use this hotel ever again and I'll be sure my family and friends never uses this hotel as well. Such a terrible experience!!

Carpet was stained in hallway and in room, a chunk of red gue was visable, screw, tack found as entering, Floor had visable debris, the hallway was littered with pieces of white paper. I other room, bathroom had vomit in shower and pubic hair visable. We asked for a vacuuming, or a vac. No vac. Asked next day, no follow-up. Asked and showed problem, not on list. Room never got vac.

The customer service was lacking. We had significant difficulty getting responses from the front desk over the phone before our stay and while trying to get towels brought to our room after check-in. Otherwise, it was good.
