This secluded holiday home is situated in Ellmau. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate 17 guests and has 7 bedrooms. It has a fantastic terrace and a sunbathing lawn for you to relax and unwind.

The ski bus lies 100 m from the stay and Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental ski region is nearby. The local grocery store and the restaurants are 1 km away from the apartment. The public swimming pool is only 2 km from the home.

Die Stumme der Endreinigung war lange unklar, Rückfragen wurden nicht, oder nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage beantwortet. Die Kaution habe ich bis heute noch nicht zurückerhalten :-(

Einfaches Ferienhaus, schlecht ausgestattet.

Beim Haus Gamper handelt es sich um ein sehr einfaches in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Zimmer sind einigermaßen sauber, jedoch ist das Inventar sehr alt und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Sanitäre Anlagen sind mangelhaft und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Küche ist alt aber soweit funktional, jedoch für Selbstversorger sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Kein einziges Weinglas vorhanden, Teller und Tassen zusammengewürfelt aus den letzten Jahrzehnten.

voldoet voor het doel we er zijn : slapen en eten is zeer gedateerd , maar deert ons niet minpuntje : bijkomende kosten , we konden de verwarming niet zelf temperen , het was oververhit en de hele dag waren we op de piste = zonde van de stookkosten

Grande maison confortable pour grande famille mais ....!

Il manque un grand réfrigérateur dans la cuisine . L'EAU chaude a été coupé trop tôt le Vendredi matin ... Le revêtement des banquettes serait a relouker . Dommage que les travaux de construction d'une nouvelle maison devant viennent boucher la vue sur le Wilder Kaiser .

Ruime woning die voldoet voor een verblijf met een groter gezelschap

Met een groep van 12 personen een week in dit huis gewoond voor een wintersport vakantie. Volop ruimte voorhanden om te slapen, koken, eten of als groep samen te zitten. Skibushalte < 100 meter en supermarkt < 1 km. Inventaris in de keuken was een mix van spullen maar in z'n algemeenheid was alles beschikbaar. Opstelruimte voor ski's/snowboard was te beperkt en er was geen schoenenwarmer/droger. De manier hoe in Oostenrijk met afval omgaat blijft wennen. Los van het sorteren moest nu ook het gescheiden afval naar de gemeentewerf gebracht worden. Een map met bewonersinformatie zou een waardevolle aanvulling zijn.

Für 8-10 Personen okay

Wir waren nur 8 Erwachsene, dafür war alles gut. Es sind große Töpfe, viel Besteck und Geschirr da, Aber in der Küche ist sehr wenig Platz , etwas abzustellen. Man kann in den Keller ausweichen, wo sich auch zum Glück ein zweiter Kühlschrank befindet. Die Heizungsanlage muss dringend überholt werden, machte oft laute Geräusche , die im ganzen Haus zu hören waren, und selbst, wenn die Heizung in unserem Schlafzimmer abgedreht war, heizte sie. Nebenkosten für 8 Personen waren 380 €, und wir waren mit Wasser und Heizung nicht verschwenderisch. ( Allerdings ist da auch Kurtaxe und Endreinigung dabei ) Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war okay,, allerdings müssten die Matratzenaufleger besser kontrolliert werden und was gar nicht geht ist Schimmel in vier Zimmern, wir haben das bei der Hausabnahme entsprechend gemeldet. Was sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass bei Reklamation sofort gehandelt wurde.Bei uns ging WLAN nicht, am selben Tag kam der Handwerker. Genauso war es, als wir mitteilten, dass zwei Duschköpfe beschädigt waren. Der Skibus ist fast direkt vor der Tür und ein tolles Restaurant auch fußläufig zu erreichen, und zur Ortsmitte gibt es einen tollen Fußweg am Bach und am Skilift vorbei.. Wenn man kein Luxusappartement erwartet und die angegebene Personenzahl nicht ausreizt ist es eine gute Urlaubsunterkunft für Wintersportler.
