Gordon Ramsey restaurant was the best part, very disappointed in the hot tub and pool not working. The beds were very hard could use new beds or pads on them.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet, but $20/night for a resort fee is ridiculous when the pool and spa were closed. The bathtub/shower was filthy. Requested the tub be cleaned and it was slightly better, but I was still able to rub a clean streak with my foot when I washed my feet with soap and then rubbed them on the tub bottom. Had to ask for towels 3 times.

The pool was closed after it was advertised on Expedia. The rooms were outdated. Alarms went off for unknown reasons at 1 am. Not happy.

The area is clean, environment has a very friendly, diverse vibe. There is security on the property, so it feels safe. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well, pool was closed, along with elevator issues. All in all, I had a wonderful time in the casino, drinks were great, and I will return again.

Don’t wast your money!

Horrible, our room wasn’t cleaned and no towels switched out the three days we stayed. Same cigarette butt and mud in the stairwell. No microwave, nothing to watch on tv unless you wanted to pay. They did away with the affordable restaurants. The two was only open Friday Saturday. The other (that was way over priced) only open Wednesday Thursday Friday. Pool and hot tub closed since April ( we was there middle of October). We will never go back

Amazing place highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Lots of fun on the slots or the tables. You could not find a bad restaurant in the place. Very Highly recommend trying Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse, just be ready for the check, lol

The Pool and Hot Tub were inoperable/closed....Casino is located at the other end of the property, via a moving sidewalk, which was not working on our return to the hotel. I was charged a "RESORT FEE", which I would expect to be refunded, as with No Amenities, there is No Resort.
