The Waterpark was closed and non one was folded till we got there. That was one main reason I stayed there. The staff was excellent and the restaurant they have had fantastic food and service. We got there late Christmas Eve about 15 mins till they closed but they stayed open for us so we could eat. It’s located right by airport which was great and good shuttles to and from. The rooms are very outdated and in our first room the air conditioning didn’t work. The rooms are very well sound proof so you hear a lot , and one elevator got stuck a few times. The plus is the staff and restaurant excellent service, very friendly, rooms were clean too.

This place could use some upgrades to provide value to guests so that they would want to stay enjoy the whole facility not just because it’s a convenient hotel next to the airport. I understand some areas are closed due to weather or construction but some areas of the building do need to keep up with the times. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed my visit and the opportunity to spent time with my family but have it been someone else that is big on details he/she would have been out of there. Does this company open to a little constructive criticism and willing to scale?

Staff very friendly. Lobby clean and inviting. Breakfast good selection and it’s great that it’s included in the stay. The pool looked like it would be a lot of fun in the summer and the slide looks awesome! The gym area had everything needed and was orderly and neat. Common spaces well cared for and outside seating area spacious. Room needed a painting badly. Simple things would help such as wiping out the inside of the trash cans, cleaning the baseboards, vacuuming behind furniture etc. I did see some renovations happening so maybe it’s coming but in the meantime a good cleaning can go a long way.

Room felt neglected/dated. Bathroom had mold spots in the shower. Complained to the staff a couple of times during the stay about the running toilet which made a high pitch sound when it refilled and woke us up every hour (staff never fixed it). Found spiders in the hotel 1 in the room and 1 on the shower curtain.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the airport. Large pool area, okay continental breakfast. Clean and friendly place.
