Great customer service. Breakfast was good. But housekeeping needs to do better, there was ice cream left in the freezer from a previous stay. The hallway smelled like 10 cans of bounce that ssa with a pinch of air freshner. And the floor in my room was falling apart, there was a hole forming in the floor.

No breakfast just oatmeal and orange juice and coffee.. Yall are sad... I got a room because of the breakfast and it costs the same as a other hotel that has fancier rooms and no breakfast. If that was the case I would rather gone to the other hotel... Pandemic is over so please bring back breakfast.

The mattresses were terrible, couldn't sleep well at all. They were extremely small. The employees at the breakfast are were extremely rude! The breakfast only included boiled eggs!!! This seemed like a terrible joke honestly. We are never staying at this hotel again.

Great location. Great price. Great room. At check-in, clerk was super sweet and kind. Room was spotless, fresh, and warm. O stayed 3 nights. 1st 2 days, housekeeping did a great job tidying up the room, tossing out the trash, freshen up the bathroom and sink. Day 3, we were brought fresh towels and that's it. No beds made, no tidying up. I was dishearten and didn't leave a tip. Overall, it was great!! Just didn't get to the finishline.
