Enjoyed the pools, entertainment at night with the shows, tours.
Some staff members not friendly, don’t acknowledge you until you say something. “Good morning”, “good afternoon” goes a long way, it doesn’t matter where you are in the world, specially if I’m a guest at the hotel you work at. You’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on me. I’m supposed to be your guest.
I used to work for the airlines for 20 years. One thing I’ve learned is customer is always right, even though you know they may be wrong sometimes, but- you always want their complete satisfaction and a repeat business. You try to make them happy. I didn’t get that here.
Breakfast- had to get up to get someone’s attention to get me some coffee and cream. It wasn’t even poured for me, I did it myself. Buffet style, get your own food and drinks, thank you. When seated, ask that customer if they need anything else. They need to improve on that.
