An unforgettable experience right on the Red Sea. The beach was absolutely beautiful, the water was crystal clear, and the entire atmosphere felt relaxing and luxurious from the moment we arrived. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations—the service, the views, the comfort, and the overall attention to detail. It’s easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I truly loved my time here and would return without hesitation.

The Chedi El Gouna is great for a week on the beach, with cultural & tourist activities available too. The hotel is on a well managed private beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants both Down town or by the Marina. A Tuk Tuk is £1.00 GBP pretty much anywhere is the resort. Service is excellent throughout the hotel. The hot food section of breakfast would be the only mild complaint & better pastries needed. Recommended, would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi El Gouna — a calm, elegant resort with a genuine sense of quality and care. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The staff were truly exceptional and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Special thanks to the two Beshoys (Safwat and Gamil), whose service stood out; to Ibrahim Mounir for sharing his deep knowledge of El Gouna and Hurghada; and to Mustafa and Abdullah for their warm, attentive service at mealtimes. A heartfelt thank-you also to Haidi and Marina, whose friendly and thoughtful conversations really made us feel at home. Kerlokos at check-in was especially welcoming and supportive. Ahmad and the lifeguard team at the pools and beach were professional and reassuring. And Ramadan from housekeeping was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay.
