The Space:

HOP Munay sits on a spacious 1000 m² lot featuring a large garden and generous outdoor areas. Though the house itself is more compact, it's well distributed across two floors with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and two cozy bedrooms. Its style and design inspire calm and relaxation.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire property, including the two-story house, large garden, pool, BBQ area, and “caja china.” Private parking is included. You’ll also enjoy access to the shared areas of the gated community and direct access to the beach.

Located in the fifth row of the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, HOP Munay offers a more rustic, nature-oriented experience while still enjoying all the benefits of the complex: 24/7 security, green areas, playgrounds, shared pools, and access to the beach.



Getting Around:

Just 2 hours south of Lima, Playa del Carmen is located at km 204 of the Panamericana Sur highway. Its location makes it easy to visit nearby towns like Chincha, Paracas, and Ica. You’ll also find gas stations, minimarkets, and highway access just minutes from the gated entrance.
