At first I was disappointed that our balcony did not overlook the sea but actually, a balcony at the back is just as good, if not better. The room was quiet and peaceful and very clean. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Fantastic location. Spacious room. Beds are ok; what you would expect for a three star. Bathrooms clean. Everything works. Can’t beat the sound of the ocean when you sleep at night. Very competitive price.

Clean and Comfortable Hotel

One week stay in El Campello. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels changed daily. Room had fridge which was very useful and worked perfectly. A safety deposit box was also provded and we also had a balcony but no sea view. Walter in reception was very accommodating and pleasant. Great location firexploring the area by tram. Tram into to Alicante in one direction and Benidorm, Denia in the other direction. Plenty of restaurants, shops, a market on a Wednesday and Sunday. Beautiful well groomed sandy beaches, and walks along the seafront, for miles, add to the relaxed atmosphere st El Campello.

Nice small hotel on the beach front,had room at rear of hotel but would opt for a beachfront room on my next stay.towels changed and room cleaned on a daily basis.pleasant staff,especially Walter who has good English and was most helpful.

Hotel in a very good position by the beach

We enjoyed our stay in El Campello, a lovely Spanish town with plenty of amenities and very friendly people. There were some lovely bars and restaurants and of course the local train was so convenient and cheap for trips up and down the coast. Great place to stay.

Excellent Holiday

We stayed at this this hotel from 3rd May- 10th May we had room 103 which was overlooking the beach - the views were wonderful. The hotel staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Bruno the Manager was the perfect host again nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom, the room was cleaned every day, clean towels in the bathroom everyday too.

Great location, Clean, underground parking

This is a small restaraunt with a hotel above, it is right on the beach so walk out and turn left or right and you have a small pedastrian boulavard of restarunts and bars, plenty to keep you entertained, all very family oriantated, saying this we where here for easter break so its not the height of the season. There is a small undergorund car park for 4 cars, we did not book the carpark but i would if i came again to avoid dissapointment. We would come back, I would recommend it to my parents and friends with young kids, older kids might lose interest with only the beach, there are no funfairs or waterparks, zoo's directly at this location, but you could drive to benidorm in 30 mins from here if you want all that.

Beautifully refurbished hotel on the sea front.

So glad we picked El Campello and this hotel. Resort was quiet yet close to Alicante and only 20k from Benidorm. Loads of local restaurants and bars to choose from, although the ones on the sea front tended to be a bit pricier than the ones just back a bit. Did not eat at the hotel but that was only because we had so much local choice. The hotel itself must of recently been refurbished and the finish is excellent. Staff were always helpful and friendly. If you have a car, parking close can be tricky, however on our way back we found you could get a bus from Alicante airport to the tram station in Alicante and then onwards to El Campello. Some people may find it too quiet but for us to escape the hustle and bustle of normal life it was great. Have to say though, hardly anything for kids to do.

NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

ROOM WAS BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN AND SMELT NICE, ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A RESTAURANT, WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN IT ON THE FIRST NIGHT AS IT WAS APPARANTLY CLOSED AND ON OTHER OCCASIONS WAS MET BY THE HOTEL STAFF WHO WAS LINGERING ABOUT THE RESTAURANT AREA WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKE HER BOYFRIEND AND A LARGE DOG THAT JUMPED UP AT US! ALSO WAS BOOKED IN ROOM NUMBER 101 AND WAS TOLD THAT AS WE REQUESTED, THAT WE HAD A SEA VIEW BUT IN OUR OPINION IT WAS MORE OF A TREE VIEW! DUE TO THE MASSIVE PALM TREE RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!

Nice hotel on beach front

Allocated street view room . I upgraded upon arrival to a sea view room for an extra 10€ a night . Worth the upgrade to sea view room with balcony . Stayed for three nights on a room only basis . Continental breakfast for 7.50€ The restaurant closes on Mondays and Wednesdays for staff time off. There are some good restaurants along the beach front. The staff are nice. El Campello is a sleepy resort seems to cater mainly for Spanish people ( No influx of Brits and Germans ). There is an excellent tram service which runs along the coast to Alicante and Benedorm. Both do-able for a day trip.

Not coming back to this Hotel. Not Clean. Floor was really dirty and slippery. Lights were blinking in the room(LED dimmer issue) Door handle/lock was ”broken”. Worked, But needed a little tweek to get it open/closed. And of course there is two La Familia Hotel really close to each other make sure which one is the one you booked.
