We stayed in Eilat for 1 night and even if we stayed in many places, this was the first time we stayed at EVE. We received and exclusive room with surprise, the hotel was much better than expected and also the staff was great.

The hotelโ€™s pool was not very clean. The water was murky and had too many guests and not enough chair lounges and umbrellas to accommodate everybody. The front desk staff was not very well informed about amenities around the hotel or optional tours in the area. They need training to deal better with non-Israeli citizens.
