Welcome to our 2019 newly furnished apartment in Eibenstock - a state-recognized resort in the beautiful Western Ore Mountains!

Apartment summer is ideal for 4 people, but can be added to 6 people. It is around 90 square meters in total.

It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave.

There are two double bedrooms. Another 2 beds can be created by a sofa bed in the living room.

Of course, a television with satellite connection is available in the living room.

Our house "4 seasons" is in a quiet location in Eibenstock.
Eibenstock has its own ski slope, which is considered snow reliable in winter thanks to the latest technology.

One thing is certain, you will feel comfortable in our apartments. No matter whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter.

The price shown here includes all utilities, tourist tax, as well as bed linen, towels, WiFi access, a parking space at the house and an initial set of consumer goods.

Top Ferienwohnung mit tollem Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung (Fewo) war rundum gelungen und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Größe und Aufteilung der Fewo (Fußbodenheizung, große Badewanne, zwei SZ). Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Es wurde auch nach kurzer Zeit nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist oder irgendetwas fehlt - wirklich sehr angenehm. Es gab direkt bei der Anreise kleine Begrüßungsgetränke, die die Wertschätzung gegenüber den Gästen unterstrich. Sollten die Getränke einmal ausgegangen sein, konnte man sich im unteren Bereich des Hauses an einer kleinen Bar (Bier, Wein, Sekt, alkoholfreie Getränke) zum kleinen Preis Nachschub holen. Die Ausstattung der Fewo ließ keine Wünsche offen. Kurzum, eine top Adresse für Urlauber!

Super Ferienwohnung - Wir kommen wieder

Lage: in einem wenig befahrenen Wohngebiet mit Blick ins Bockautal. Zu Fuß sind es ins Zentrum 10min. Aussstattung (Fewo Sommer) - Küche und Esszimmer mit Fußbodenheizung - Küchen- und Badausstattung wie zuhause (Wer immer eine Kiste für die Fewo mit diversen Utensilien, wie Klopapier, Küchentücher, Etc. dabei hat, kann den Platz im Auto anders nutzen) Es gibt sogar Kinderbesteck - Der Garten inkl. überdachtem Grillplatz sind für die Gäste nutzbar Fam. Schale ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Wohnung, netter Vermieter!

Wir durften 3 Nächte in der Wohnung „Sommer“ verbringen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr aufmerksam vom Vermieter für alle Familienmitglieder eine kleine Begrüßung in Form von Bier, Sekt und Süßigkeiten bereitzustellen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Wenn es uns nochmal ins Erzgebirge verschlägt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Toller Wochenendurlaub

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und glücklich und können diese wundervolle Fewo uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Der Vorab-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wurden zu unseren Wünschen auch bezüglich der Kinder (Kinderbett? Etc) befragt und die Anreisezeit konnte abgestimmt werden. Es war besprochen, dass ich mich 30min vor Ankunft melde und dann der Vermieter am Objekt auf mich wartet. Es hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir bekamen bei Ankunft umgehend eine Führung durch die Wohnung, die Gästekarten und auch noch Ausflugstipps und Hinweise für den Aufenthalt in Eibenstock. Es gab auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung, total liebevoll und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns rundum willkommen. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Küchengeräte sind quasi neuwertig. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern allein im Objekt und konnten daher auch den Garten vollumfänglich nutzen. Unsere Mahlzeiten nahmen wir im Wintergarten ein, der auch zum Verweilen oder Spielen einlädt. Die Betten sind bequem, alles ist sauber und keinesfalls abgewohnt oder defekt o.ä. Wir können diese Fewo, wie bereits eingangs gesagt, uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und wünschen dem Vemieter alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Urlaub als frisch vermälte, mit 2 Kindern.

Uns war es besonders wichtig, 3 Tage für uns allein zu sein (sozusagen zu flittern). Über Fewo direkt ging das nicht ein zustellen. Mit dem Vermieter Hr. Schale ging allerdings alles so unkompliziert und unsere Kinder kamen dann noch für 5-6 Tage zu uns. Das Haus war der Wahnsinn, der Garten lud zum Entspannen und auch zum Toben ein! Auch einen kleinen Sandkasten hatte der Hausherr extra für die Zwerge her gerichtet. Es gibt also rundum nichts negatives zu vermelden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Preis und Leistung sind absolut vertretbar. Wir hatten wunderbare 8 Tage. Danke Hr. Schale und Frau Schale

Tolles Haus

Super schöne Wohnung und Garten mit toller Ausstattung, sowie mit kleinen Dingen die man im Alltag benötigt. Die Entfernung in die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
