Een hartelijk welkom gehad. Keurige schone kamers en van alles voorzien. Het terras mag iets aangekleder, daar is nog een verbeterslag te maken. Dichtbij restaurants en het strand.

Unklare Kosten und mangelnde Unterstützung

Meine Erfahrung mit Hotels.com und dem Bellevue war leider zutiefst enttäuschend. Die auf der Hotels.com-Webseite angegebene Endabrechnung wich erheblich von der nachträglich von der Unterkunft geforderten Summe ab. Konkret wurde mir auf Hotels.com eine Reinigungsgebühr von 42 Euro angezeigt. Am selben Tag erhielt ich jedoch eine separate Zahlungsaufforderung vom Bellevue über zusätzliche 89 Euro für Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie eine erneute Reinigungsgebühr. Ich war absolut enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von Hotels.com. Zunächst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich auf eine externe Anfrage nicht reagieren müsse. Doch einen Tag später erhielt ich auf meine Beschwerde per E-Mail lediglich die lapidare Antwort: 'Das Hotel hat uns darüber informiert, dass alle Kunden diese E-Mail vor dem Check-in erhalten haben, da dieser Betrag zu zahlen ist und dies eine Richtlinie des Hotels ist.' Offensichtlich war Hotels.com weder willens noch in der Lage, diese Diskrepanz zu klären oder mir zu helfen. So musste ich letztendlich 42 Euro Reinigungsgebühr an Hotels.com und zusätzlich 89 Euro an die Bellevue-Verwaltung für die (erneute!) Reinigung und die Bettwäsche bezahlen. Diese Erfahrung hat mich zutiefst enttäuscht. Die mangelnde Transparenz bei den Kosten und die unzureichende Unterstützung durch Hotels.com sind inakzeptabel

Absolut tolle Unterkunft, modern, gepflegt und die Küche ist mit sämtlichen Dingen ausgestattet, die man benötigt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder!
