Very overpriced and far from ready
The price to stay at this hotel was completely unreasonable for what was actually offered. The hotel had only been open for two days when we stayed, and it was very clear that it was nowhere near ready to accommodate guests.
The listing states that the hotel has a pool, hot tub, and gym, but none of these facilities were ready or available. We were only informed of this at check-in, which was extremely disappointing.
There is also no elevator, which is something guests should definitely be made aware of beforehand, especially when staying on an upper floor.
The breakfast was very basic and nothing special. The juice was so watered down that it had virtually no flavour. There were also no cups provided in the room, although thankfully there were plenty of towels.
The building itself is an older property that has been renovated, but it still requires a lot more work before it should be charging the rates they are asking. At approximately $350 a night, the hotel simply does not offer the amenities, service, or overall experience to justify that price.
Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. Hopefully, once the renovations and facilities are fully completed, the experience will improve—but at this point, the price is nowhere near justified.
