The bathroom was dirty with splashes of red liquid on the walls. Strange smell to the room like it used to be a smoking room. Staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately the building is a bit long in the tooth. Glad i just needed a bed for the night

Our sheets on one bed were dirty. There was multiple pieces of hair on one of our towels. I could feel bed springs under the crappy mattress pad. The room heater was so loud I barely slept but had to have it on because the old windows don’t seal and it was so cold. The “continental breakfast” was pathetic, toast/stale cereal/yogurt/hard boiled eggs. Broken elevator too. 0/10 for overall stay.

Room was dirty, found strings of hair in the bath tub. Bed was dirty, felt like bed was used and was not clean. Breakfast was terrible, which I wouldn’t even call a breakfast because what even are those foods that they serve.

The room was dirty. It had bugs on the floor and Bathroom towels had hair on it seems like it was already used and Staff did not even bother to clean the room after someone checked out. It was really a bad experience. Homeless people outside the property. We checked out within an hour. Wont recommend anyone to stay here. Do yourself a favour and choose a place which is hygienic and safe
