Booked premium room with spa bathroom - notified hotel prior to arrival that we were travelling with a puppy. At check in, we were told that dogs could only stay on the 5th floor (we were originally supposed to be on 7) and that they we were moving us to an equal room just on a different floor. There was no spa bathroom and no refund for a lower quality room. Breakfast buffet was nice. Better than your typical hotel breakfast. Staff were very friendly and kind to our puppy.

Parking to check in was a nightmare, no place to park to bring luggage in and give keys to valet. Went to the lounge for a bevy and an appetizer before our event...wine was very low end and the kettle cooked chips and dip was seriously simply out of a Lays bag, as confirmed by the server.
