YOUR STAFF IS SO RUDE! I WAS GETTING MARRIED LAST SATURDAY! MAJORITY OF OUR GUESTS STAYED IN THIS MOTEL SO WE BROUGHT BUSINESS TO THIS MOTEL! I WAS 12MINS PAST FROM MY CHECK OUT TIME BECAUSE THERE WERE LAST DETAILS BEFORE I GO TO CHURCH AND THE STAFF WHO CHECKED ME OUT REALLY SHOWED BAD FACIAL EXPRESSION WHICH REALLY DISAPPOINTS ME BECAUSE HE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM! Everything was good, it's just disappointing when one of the advertised amenities is not working like the whirpool, when I asked about this morning the front desk willingly offered the recreation across the street, I paid Holiday Inn not the recreation across, the street. But all in all was good.
