Room was clean, but I feel like this hotel has really gone downhill over the years. Fireplace in main lobby was broken and the hot tub was “down for maintenance” we specifically book this hotel over the Christmas break to enjoy the hot tub while the kids swim in the pool, we were never told that it was down and the website did not list this at the time of booking. When I asked the front desk girl about it she said that it had been down for over a month. Disappointing to say the least. Overall it’s a typical holiday inn. Breakfast is decent, too.

Hot tub is not working and has not for awhile the check in staff shared. Giving 2 room keys that both did not work. Get to room and ice machine down on the floor. Room right beside the elevator and very noisey. Not happy at all.

Our stay at the hotel was very good with the exception of the hot tub not working. I specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub as we had a 12 hour day of driving and would have another 10 hours the next day, so I was disappointed to find out it was not working on arrival.

Super disappointed the hot tub was down. Apparently has been down at least a month and no warning about that in fact current listing still doesn’t say it’s down. We only book hotels with a hot tub. Also, the swimming pool was not warm and the swimming pool room felt cold. I think if the hot tub is down they could at least compensate with a warm pool and warm pool room. Also, our heater in our room kept turning on and blowing cold air. This interrupted my sleep.

The check in staff were friendly and provided prompt service. The hotel was clean, this applies to both the lobby and the rooms. The rooms are quite, allowing you to have a great sleep! If you need a 1 night stay, or a couple night stay, this hotel is the best in the area
