The experience was excellent and is a perfect family oriented hotel. Just one little comment. The rooms were very clean but the dining room wooden chairs were dusty and dirty. We would stay there again and highly recommend your hotel.

It was okay. There’s no housekeeping during your stay so don’t expect clean towels, toilet paper refills, garbage to be taken out, or beds to be made unless you call the front desk and request things. Pretty average. The building is undergoing renos.

It was our second time staying there. We reserved the same family room. We were pleased to see the renos and the comfort was amazing. Big fridge and user friendly. Phone to front desk wasnt installed and no plates or cutlery when we arrived. Quickly replenished with a phone call.

Amazing value

We were very pleasantly surprised given how affordable this hotel was! The staff members we interacted with were lovely, our room was beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I think we may have found our newest go-to hotel for our future trips to Edmonton.

Not unpleasant or pleasant- just annoying!

Hotel is under renovation which is not mentioned until you are in the elevator after checkin. Our keycards did not work due to unit needing reprogramming. Phone and climate control in the room did not work. Thermostat was replaced and we had heat 3 hours after checkin. We didn't bother with the phone. On site restaurant is used for continental breakfast only. The bar is open otherwise and good is served. Not a pleasant or unpleasant stay - just annoying problems. Nothing was offered for these inconveniences. Will probably not stay here again.
