Great hotel; clean, friendly staff, well maintained. The elevator (New) to our end of the hotel failed so had to use alternate. Room was quiet, comfortable & clean. Location good for access in and out of town and convenient to the Royal Jubilee for concert.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms looked great! The only negative thing I have to say is that the air condition doesn't work. If you look at Google reviews, you will see that many other people have stated this even dating months back or even over a year but still nothing has been fixed. I figured surely the air conditioner would have been fixed by now. I was surprised to find out it did not. When I let the clerk know, he didn't seem surprised at all and didn't seem to care. It's almost as if he already knew it
