Known for its island preservation, the calm and relative quiet of the area, as well as its family-friendly environments, make Edisto Beach a must. Nestled on the quieter far side of the island, Ocean's Eleven is 1 block walk from the beach and 5 minute walk to local favorite, Whaley's. Stocked with house amenities, games, and great location to activities, it’s almost impossible not to relax into the tranquil atmosphere of our cozy cottage.

"This is the cutest cottage! We had a wonderful time as a family. So close to the beach and comfortable for our family of 6 (our children are in college and high school so great spot for older children, too). The cottage has old Southern charm with the painted wood floors and ceilings along with sophistication in the beautiful hardware finishes. The house is well appointed and we had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, bathing, and sleeping comfortably. We will be back!” - Sarah

Open the door to this cozy cottage and you experience the comfort and pride we put into our newly updated home. The open floor plan starts with a main gathering area of the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living area is perfect to lounge on the large couch in front of the flat screen smart TV with Xfinity Stream provided (you can sign into your own subscription accounts like Amazon, Netflix, and more)! This is also a great spot to for board games and playing each other on our digital gaming table!

You can also enjoy the main space from the formal dining area, which seats 6, or from the kitchen island counter, which seats 4 and is the perfect perch at the heart of this home!

In the kitchen, the immaculate stainless steel appliances and the front yard view make every meal prep a pleasure. You will want to grab your first mug of morning coffee and head out onto the deck though to listen to ocean waves in the background and breath in the fresh salt air!

The whole home is decorated with a warm and light coastal palette. The first bedroom has a king bed with its own full bathroom, the 2nd main bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed with an office table, and the third bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. Each room is supplied with Smart TV's (with cable through Xfinity Stream), alarm clocks, towels, and premium sheets.

OUTDOORS:

The truth? You’ll be spending as much time as you can at the beach or sightseeing around the island. Ocean's Eleven will provide a great home base for lounging and connecting between activities. You can dine, grill, and socialize on the deck. Yard games are provided so you can enjoy the weather out in the lawn. There is so much you can do on the island from biking, trails, fishing, beach, nature preserves and more that will have you fall in love with this family friendly island!

In-season is from March through October. November through February is considered off-season. Plan accordingly your trip and nearby activities depending on season. Host is happy to help!

PETS
Pets are not allowed. A fine of $200/day even up to removal from property. Will be strictly enforced.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Even though the home has been renovated, we have purposely keep some of the aging charm you get with a home built in 1950. We hope you fall in love with the home like we have!

Guests have stated they can access internet perfectly fine for work, play, etc. The island can have internet down (just like any other city!). We have purchased good Wi-Fi service and will work for most work requirements, but due to our location cannot guarantee availability 100% of the time.

There are exterior cameras at the doors. These cameras are active by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.

House Rules:
- No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. You will be charged for damages (including extra charges for cleaning) and an $1,000 fine.
- We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. Guests must purchase travel insurance to cover weather and all other issues.
- No parties or events are allowed. As a family vacation destination, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
- In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind.
