True Scottish style hospitality. We were welcomed with smiles and simple yet inviting gestures that made us feel comfortable and at home. The landscape is so picturesque and calming, everything felt like the relaxation we needed as a family! I hope to visit again in the near future.

Terrible decor in the Room. Deluxe Seaview Room on 3rd floor was dissappointing with cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. For the cash, expected more. Lift wasn't working 3 days out of 5 day stay. Breakfast selection was ok but nothing special - certainly not 5 star. Service from the staff was excellent though. Spa was good, but would recommend that the Reception Desk at the Spa don't show rhe Guests what is available in the Pool/Sauna area on the Security Screen - given that it means you can see all the semiclad guests who are in there!

The radiator in the room was on constantly so the room was too hot , therefore had to sleep with window wide open. The issue was raised to reception 3 times and nothing was done. The hotel location is lovely but could do with a few more staff at night as felt I had to ask for drinks rather than being asked. This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

Very welcoming staff who were happy to help including Tusi. Room was spotless too, only issue was suite had a cracked window and radiators weren't hot enough but they offered to swap the room for us if it got too cold but it was ok. Breakfast was amazing though

Very impressive location and reception area with the view behind etc. The only downside was the extremely hot room (mid October stay) which we could not remedy in spite of radiators all off, window open and fan going all night. (There was some kind of hot water pipe in the built in wardrobe which was hot all the time) Otherwise a lovely stay

Stunning!

Beautiful stay, stunning hotel and location. Staff are friendly and really keen to make sure you have the best time. Spa is gorgeous too. Food is delicious! We had afternoon tea and also dinner. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful traditional Scottish hotel. In a fantastic position with fab sea views. Within easy walk of the town. Cracking shops and restaurants. Dinner in hotel was amazing as was breakfast. Will be back 😊
