The cottage is all electric and heating is provided by panel heaters in all rooms, plus under floor heating in the living room. A laundry and children’s playhouse is also provided on the park. There is a large decked area leading from the living room which is a great place to sit and enjoy the wildlife and some peace and quiet. Beach 5 miles.

Lovely and cosy and a 5 minute drive to Linlithgow which was really handy for us.
Lovely and cosy and a 5 minute drive to Linlithgow which was really handy for us. A bit of a hairy narrow road to reach the lodge and the parking wasn't that straightforward but being set in woodland, you can't really expect anything else. The only other down side was there is no gate on the veranda which meant our dog couldn't go out without her lead on. The lodge had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable and warm and the underfloor heating was a joy.
