Modern furnished you will find this small, cute 2 bedroom apartment with its about 40 m². The windows in the roof slopes bring a lot of light in the beautiful living room with integrated kitchen.

2 apartments; 6 total beds Our two apartments are located in the beautiful landscape of the Edersee region, directly on the Sperrmauer. The location of the building, on a dead end and in the countryside, impressed many holiday seekers. We are friendly, the adjacent water park is ideal for playing.  Parking is available in sufficient numbers. In the garden there is seating and barbecue facilities for our guests. For anglers there is a freezer available!
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a travel crib.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Edersee

Wir waren im August 2023 am Edersee und haben dafür eine Unterkunft möglichst nah daran gesucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt an der Staumauer (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und zentral für viele Unternehmungen, die auch fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung war top, alles was man für die Woche brauchte war vorhanden! Wir können somit die Buchung dieser Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, danke für die Ermöglichung eines schönen Urlaubs am Edersee :)

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung wahr sehr Gemütlich wenn man Holz mag aber Teppich müsste nicht unbedingt sein . Die Küche ist klein aber man hat soweit was man braucht alles da, für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Balkon ist schön groß aber leider vollkommen lieblos , im Vergleich zu den anderen und das ist auch mein Kritikpunkt !

Gemütliche Dachwohnung mit Terrasse

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil. Für den recht günstigen Mietpreis völlig ok. Sehr ruhige Umgebung mit verwunschenem Garten. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas gewürfelt und im Bad wäre ein Fön gut. Ansonsten ist alles ordentlich und vielleicht könnte das Eine oder Andere ein wenig modernisiert werden. Doch das liegt wohl im Auge des Betrachters.

Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich zentral, nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Sperrmauer entfernt. Dies kann man gut zum Anlass nehmen, einen Abendspaziergang zur Mauer zu machen, die Abends beleutet wird. Man wohnt hier sehr ruhig mit schöner Terrasse.

Schöne Fewo

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verlebt. Sie ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Es war alles da, was man benötigt und sauber war es auch. Der Standort ist direkt an der Staumauer, ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Gastronomie ist auch unmittelbar in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Fewo ist auf jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Ruhe, Natur, Erholung und eine warme Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist grundausgestattet und für 2 Personen perfekt geeignet. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Wohnung wurde schnell warm. Die gute Lage macht Wanderungen und Spaziergänge möglich, direkt an der Staumauer ist dies ein super Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten Ruhe und Erholung "tanken" .
