المكان جيد جدا

الفلا كبيره تتكون من ٣ ادوار سرداب وارضي واول .. نظيفه جدا ولها اطلاله جميله ومكان هادي جدا… ناقصه بعض الحاجات في المطبخ… المنطقه تبعد عن سالسبورغ ساعه تقزيبا… الجو جميل… انصح فيه

beautiful and very equipt large home

The home is in very good condition and clean. all rooms look beautiful and comfortable. 3 floor in the house: 1. basement floor: one bedroom with large double bed, large area with washing machine, sauna (we didn't use it) and open shower. 2. entrance floor: a. medium size kitchen with small fridgerator, oven, electric stove, lots of plates, glases, pots..., b. large dining room with large table , large TV, soffa (get open into a large bed) c. bathroom with shower + toilet d. toilet room 3. second floor: a. bathroom with shower + toilet b. bedroom 1: large double bed + wardrobe + soffa that get open to a small bed. good for a child c. bedroom 2: large double bed + wardrobe e. bedroom 3: 2 single beds The housekeeping lady lives in the next house. she was nice but didn't speak any English. Overall very comfortable and beautiful house good for up to 8 adults and maybe up to 3 more kids.

Tolles, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Wir waren im September 2021 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Betten waren bequem, es gab einen Grill und Sonnenliegen, ein Bäcker war mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit entfernt und der große Esszimmer Tisch war toll. Einzig die Esszimmerstühle sind recht durchgesessen, diese gehören mal neu gepolstert. Außerdem war es sehr warm im Haus und an den Fenstern gab es leider keine Fliegengitter, wodurch es abends entweder sehr warm und mit der Zeit stickig im Wohn-/Esszimmer wurde oder viele Insekten reingeflogen kamen. Die Sauna wurde täglich von uns genutzt, schade war nur, dass man sie z. B. bei schlechtem Wetter nicht auch mal früher/länger nutzen kann. Alles in allem würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen!

Happy house

Schitterende woning waar alles in orde was. Prachtige badkamers met regendouche. Slaapkamer in de kelder was te weinig verluchting voorzien. We kunnen maar 1 opmerking geven dat de frigo veel te klein is voor 10 personen. Voor de rest een top huis op een leuke locatie.

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus!!!

Wir waren 6 Männer beim Wanderurlaub in Eben und hatten dieses Ferienhaus 4 Tage gebucht! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir waren total begeistert!

Im Winter nicht ausreichend beheizbar

Das Haus an sich ist nett und ruhig gelegen und sicherlich geeignet für einen Sommerurlaub. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet es fehlen jedoch beispielsweise ein Toaster. Das wesentliche Manko ist die fehlerhaft ausgelegte Heizungsanlage. Vor unserer Ankunft war die Heizung ausgefallen, das Haus wurde jedoch auch während der siebentägigen Miete nicht warm. Im Untergeschoss, wo die Sauna sich befand mit einem davor gelegenen Ruhebereich besteht anlageseitig gar keine Möglichkeit den Bereich zu heizen, sodass die Temperaturen dort auch bei Betrieb der Sauna (der auch Anlage technisch nur zwischen 16:00 und 20:00 Uhr möglich war) sich nicht über 18° erwärmte bei allerdings Außentemperatur deutlich unter null. Bei unserer Ankunft war kein Raum im Haus wärmer als 16 °C, in den Schlafzimmern war es 14°. Am nächsten Tag kam der Heizungsmonteur zweimal und legte auch Meßprotokolle der Heizkörper an. Diese erwärmten sich, bis auf der Heizkörper im Obergeschoss Bad,, allerdings reichte die Heizleistung noch nicht aus um die Räume zu erwärmen. Mit Ausnahme des Wohnzimmers, das sich mit Holz zusätzlich heizen ließ, war auch am zweiten Tag kein anderer Raum über 18 °C. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das Haus wäre halt sehr ausgekühlt und es dauere ein paar Tage bis auch die Wände wieder warm werden und damit die Räume. An diesem Tag und in Folge telefonierten wir mehrfach mit Ihnen und baten, dass Interhome oder der Vermieter zu mindestens vorübergehend noch Ölradiatoren zur Verfügung stellt. Der Raum im Untergeschoss hatte weiterhin eine Temperatur von 15°. Der Vermieter lehnte es jedoch ab. Während sich einige Zimmer im Lauf unserer Zeit der Miete zu mindestens auf 19 ° erwärmen ließen, war dies für die gesamte Zeit im Untergeschoss nicht möglich, die maximal Temperaturen lagen zwischen 16 und 17°. Ebenfalls funktionierte die Heizung im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss niemals korrekt, sodass dort Temperaturen um die 17° herrschten. Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist die Qualität der Betten, die moderne Ausstattung der Bäder, die sehr freundliche ortsansässige Betreuerin des Objektes und die ausgesprochen ruhige Lage des Hauses mit einem netten Blick.
