We stayed for a long weekend with 5 adults and a 7 week old infant. The house itself was lovely, but halfway through our stay the door code was changed on us, and we were completely locked out in winter for a large part of the day trying desperately to contact the host. Unfortunately this listing through VRBO is actually a large vacation rental company that does not monitor VRBO and does not provide a direct way to contact a local host. We called, emailed, messaged in app multiple times each before finally getting through by phone. I'm till trying to get a partial refund and having issues with various support agents unable to assist me.
