The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice and the extra sink in the room was nice when we were getting ready. The waterpark was fun for my 8 year old.

We really liked this place! The water park is included with your stay. They have a good amount of other activities, but they cost extra. Knickel and dime you a bit. Also no breakfast included

The room next to us was so loud actually shaking the bunk beds in our room from hitting wall called front desk at 10:30 pm they said talk to them this went on till midnight. It was my daughters birthday party and i had cranky kids in morning. Drove 3 hours for that! At front desk i was given 3 coupons for next stay which there won't be one. The city eats restaurant we ate breakfast at wasnt much better the table that came after us ordered after is was served before us. Very unhappy. We came here couple months before and ended up leaving day early said i would get refund i never did but now with this stay too i wouldnt suggest it. Kids bunk beds the blankets were dirty too.

Overpriced! The rooms are small and very dark. There's no continental breakfast or coffee maker in the rooms. There was a fridge but no freezer. Our pillows were very hard. We just happened to find a decomposing muffin under the A/C unit. However, the staff are pretty good. We won't stay here again, that's for certain.

Great place, but noisy

The resort's attractions were great. The only down grade is that there seems to be no sound proofing in the rooms and hallways. People talking in the hallway sounded like they were yelling.

The food at City Eats was very good, very much enjoyed that restaurant. Also, loved how many options the kids had to do activities under one roof. Lots to do and we had a blast!

Great little stay for families!

Pretty nice stay; though a little dated, the room and common areas were all very clean and well stocked. The room actually had a real thermostat for the heat/air which was nice. Great toiletries and bathroom products to use. The waterpark was also perfect for our family and the age of our kids (ages 5 and 1), just enough to do for a couple hours and wear off some energy. Our only “complaint” is really just some noise — Lots of loud thumping from all sides from other people and the bed frames; our mattresses were fine, but the metal frame underneath was LOUD when bumped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families with younger kids!
