When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we went to our room and found out it wasn’t the same type of room that we reserved. We were given a room for two guests, but we reserved a room for three guests. The person at the front desk said the reservation they got from Hotels.com, was for two guests, even after we showed them our reservation confirmation we received. Will never stay there again!

We question why there were two bottles of water in the room with tags saying you can drink them only if you are members otherwise you are charged $3.00 each. Very tacky!! l guess we didn’t pay enough for our room to have a bottle of water.

I usually think are the Best Western. That's down the street. It is getting a little scummy, so I thought I'd try this place. It was a lot nicer, and they said they're gonna be remodeling soon.
