This fantastic retreat with mid-century modern touches offers WiFi, heating, AC, and a laundry room for your convenience.

Relax in the cozy and fun loft, or walk around the corner to the coffee shop and restaurants. Enjoy the lake life with Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair just 10-15 minutes away. We hope you enjoy what our place and Eatonton has to offer!

*** This loft is lovingly called "Heartwood Loft A"; There's also a Heartwood Loft B on the other side of this building, which is also listed on VRBO, so if you have a large party, both lofts may be able to accommodate. Enjoy the fire pit altogether in the shared yard! ***

It's everything it appears to be!

This place was cool, modern, and CLEAN! Gorgeous, spacious, and cozy all at the same time. Either the fire pit was never used and we christened it, or it was scrubbed clean before we got there. The host was friendly and accomodating. Such a fun place to relax and hang out on a getaway. There were helpful books of things to do in the area. Within walking distance of several great places to eat! 10/10!!!!

Family trip

In town for a family wedding; 7 of us stayed and had a WONDERFUL time. The porch was a magnificent place to sit with grandparents while the kids played on the lawn. Excellent directions took us to the location that otherwise could have been tricky to find. Easy walk to the square and a short drive to grocery and the wedding venue. Eclectic loft decor that everyone enjoyed. Would stay again!
