Great location, on the water and amazing View. Property is beautiful with flowers, Roses and thick grass. Pet friendly which is a big plus. Cottage was clean with the exception of some spider webs and large spider in bathroom and kitchen. Parking in your own spot for two vehicles if you park them behind one another. Getting out of the property is difficult due to traffic. Restaurants and activities all within 10 minutes from the cottage. Where i was let down a bit was with the inside of the rental. Flies would show up with all doors and windows closed. The bathroom is on the main floor from the front of the cottage which is opposite the water. The SHOWER is down stairs at the level with the rear deck, off of the kitchen. There is no sink or toilet in the room with the shower. Yes, you have to go into the kitchen to get to a small room with a stall shower. The couch did not have any cushion to the cushions and was pretty much unusable. Front door does not have any blinds or drape, allowing the unit behind and other guest walking by a view into your bedroom if you don't close the bedroom door. Location is 5 Stars, Cottage itself, I would give 3 Stars. This is my honest opinion, others may have a different opinion and give a different rating.
