Wonderful hotel with a spotless, comfortable room. A bit like being on campus as it's basically a university hotel, but that made things interesting. Close to a shopping restaurant district which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was one of the better we've had. The only negative might be parking as it's a detached lot not right on property and was an extra 14$. But all in all a very good deal.

The front desk staff was nowhere to be found at check-in. I waited outside the locked front doors calling the front desk for over 5 minutes and then got in with assistance from a guest. From there, I waited about 10 minutes and she finally arrived back to her work station. She was great to work With but her absence causing a long waiting time was very annoying.

Room cleanliness I will give 4 stars; only because there was residue on walls by trash can and in the bathroom. However the customer service was exceptional. Receptionist Kelly made sure I had everything I needed and was happy to help. Will stay here again soon.

Very clean room, comfy bed, lovely staff, super quiet floor. I had to extent my stay 3 times and the staff were very accommodating. Location is great, self parking available at no extra fee. Breakfast was good. I just really loved this hotel and would recommend to others without hesitation.
