They didn’t have WiFi at the hotel, I asked them and they said this is what it is. Mt trip was international and had a limited Data. I had to get a day off from my work because of Net. I asked from Expedia to if can cancel my booking and change the hotel . Expedia didn’t help as well. Very very disappointed

Convenient Hotel

close to the airport. There is a bus stop (760) at DUS airport outside at arrival which takes you to the hotel. Only 2 stops (Euro 3,60). Right next door to the hotel is a Netto Supermarket. A bakery, Rossmann and Domino s Pizza are also very close by. Room was very clean, but a little dated, bed super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good value for money.

The stay was okay. Few days it got too hot and asked them about the AC not working and the lady asked to open the windows instead. Upon checking again with the reception they said they don't turn on AC till it's over 90F outside. It got too hot in the hotel room and spent most nights waking up sweating.

My stay was an over night. This hotel was quiet, quaint and comfortable. When traveling, sometimes it's nice to have access to TV channels in various languages, I was able to catch up on the news of the day in English and that matters to me. Parking can be challenging as well, for this hotel it was easy to navigate. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I've enjoyed in a while, and I travel a lot. There were a lot of options to select from and the food was fresh. The staff that checked me in as pleasant and knowledgeable about events in the city. This was a good stay.

It is a great hotel next next to a supermarket and closed to a good bakery. Great breakfast in the morning lots of choices and everyone speak english Very close to airport and near street train and bus stop Rooms are good size and shower is stronv friendly staff
