We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest.

The hotel rooms are extremely small. Be prepared to walk in the door in the bathroom and then navigate around the bed with little space. I also prepaid Hotels.com, but then was charged again the full rate a second time and not until I noticed it on my credit card statement and contacted the hotel. Did they claim to do anything about it? I still have not received a credit from the hotel on my credit card.

Great location , clean modern rooms , great instructed views of the city and the Rhine Only serious problem is the night manager (3-4 April) was extremely rude and did not want to help with a taxi that stole money from us basically saying it wasn't his problem. Won't go back because of that poor customer service. Other than that was a nice stay

Disrespectful Reception

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf, and while the hotel itself was generally okay, my experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. The staff was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, making the check-in process unpleasant. Instead of a warm welcome, I felt scrutinized as they seemed more focused on verifying my financial status than providing good service. This was both unnecessary and disrespectful. A hotel of this caliber should prioritize hospitality and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Due to this, I will not be staying at a Hyatt Regency again. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the reception service. This keeps it professional yet impactful. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
