The hotel is clean and modern. Located conveniently to transportation and walkable to the city center. Right next to 2 shopping centers. Breakfast is good. The public bus is free and the hotel is walkable from the train station. Staff are friendly.

The position is excellent and our room had a lovely view, the water pressure in the shower was poor, the breakfast was limited and the food needed to be covered from the flys, and for hygiene sake sliced bread would have been preferred.

Attitude of the people… like we should be grateful for living… very rude. Lousy bar service… never came around to get our order. Made a complete mess of a gin & tonic.. hot water in room was not hot & very low pressure. Seems like a depressed area & tourists not welcome even though my ancestors liberated France twice & died on their soils..

Good quiet location

Good quiet location with various restaurants nearby, car parking available and breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices. Room was clean and comfortable and had air-conditioning. Only 35 minutes to Eurotunnel if driving back to UK.

Wonderful breakfast selection which was of the best quality I have had in any hotel in UK or Europe. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with a particular mention for Ophelia at reception. Great location within Dunkerque. Secure underground parking at hotel. My visit was for business which was located an easy 15 minute drive to the north. The hotel caters good for business purposes as well as tourists. An easy 10 minutes walk takes you to the center of historic Ghent.
