Taypark Apartments, River View is a modern annex apartment set within the mature grounds of a historic 150 year old Jute Baron’s mansion. Located in Dundee’s well known West End, the property combines the character of its historic surroundings with the comfort of contemporary living.

Surrounded by established trees, the apartment enjoys views across the Botanic Gardens, the River Tay and the hills of Fife. The peaceful setting creates a relaxing environment while still being close to the city’s main attractions.

Living Space

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed through a shared entrance with the downstairs Garden Apartment. Inside, the property offers a comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for both relaxation and practical living during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self catering, while the dining and lounge space offers a comfortable area to unwind after a day exploring the city.

Additional features such as triple glazed windows and modern gas central heating help ensure the apartment remains comfortable throughout the year.
