There was cigarette burns on the carpet, paint peeling off the ceilings and walls, even the bathtub paint peeled off onto my shaving razor…. The staff was decent but the room could’ve been better for the price that we paid for the room.

Once again, it lived up to its reputation as the worst place to stay in Duncan. Property is poorly maintained and in need of fixing up in almost every respect. The only reason I stayed there is because my other choices were sold out. When we checked in, I think we were the only guests on the entire property.

Couldn’t even get checked in !!!

I was never even able to check in for my stay and have not been able to get my stay refunded ! When I arrived , despite having booked and payed already, the hotel showed “no vacancy” on the door at the guest check in. Yes it was extremely late, but we rang the door bell multiple times at the desk and stood outside for idk how long and no one ever answered. We finally ended up having to pay for a second room at a different hotel …. I STILL haven’t gotten a refund or even been offered a comp night by OYO…

Motel is lacking a lot of maintenance and housekeeping effort. Room smelled moldy, hair in the tub and walls, toilet hadnt been clean in i dont know how long. Around the sides and there was only 1 wall plug between the 2 beds and you have to get down on your knees to plug and unplug what you want. There was a power strip behind the refrigerator and table.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was extremely rude and told us they close at 11. We told him we had a reservation and asked him if we needed to cancel he said no but we close at 11 and asked again do we need to leave? He said no and gave us keys. We went straight to the room and laid down and were covered with BEDBUGS! We told him we demand our money back. We are currently driving through the night to get home.
