"Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria Old Town Area South was truly memorable. Despite two unexpected incidents, we left feeling grateful and pleased, largely thanks to the care and professionalism of the staff. The first issue was a power outage, and one of the staff members immediately offered to help us carry our baby stroller up to the third floor. He did so with a cheerful and helpful attitude, and it meant a lot to us. We sincerely wish him all the best in life — it’s rare to see such genuine kindness. The second incident was a fire alarm early in the morning that created some temporary confusion. However, the staff responded calmly and professionally, helping to ease the situation and keep guests reassured. Our only disappointment was the breakfast the next day — the omelet provided contained ham, which we don’t eat, and there were no alternative hot protein options besides potatoes and waffles. A bit more variety or labeling would have been appreciated. Despite that, it was a great experience overall, and we thank the team for their thoughtful service."

"The clerk gave away our room cause we arrive at 4am. He said that because it was 3 party we could not hold your room. But made it right by up grading the room. My thought is check out is 11 am why did you give away our room. "
