Ok, but could use some improvements

A/C unit fan cuts on and off with no option for continuous fan. This was disruptive to sleep. Toilet seat was held on with a single screw fastener which was a little more challenging to sit on toilet. Bath tub corners were dirty. Did not live up to what we think of the La Quinta brand. Breakfast was lacking in the fresh department

The ac was broken in the room, everything was dirty from the lobby to floors in the rooms. They were sticky. We put the AC on 70 when we arrived and and it too until 2:00 am for the room to cool off. Will never stay here again and so disappointed for it to be a La Quinta. The staff was rude, tried to sale us two rooms after they said what we go didn’t have a pull out bed (it did).

Room got hot around 1 in morning the halls were hot. Coffee was cold at breakfast time. Elevator stop working from one minute to another Then they decided to clean the pool mid afternoon so we could enjoy it.

Ok but won’t stay again

Lobby was clean despite being under construction. Room smelt a little off and bare minimum cleaned. Vinyl planks were coming off the floor and it felt like you would fall through the floor in some spots. Shower was dingy and it did not appear the shower head had ever been cleaned. Water pressure was horrible along with the dirty shower head so water stream was awkward. Very hot water though which was nice. The mattress was like a piece of plywood with a small mattress topper on it.

Easy access. The lobby was under repair. Our 1st room had a broken toilet seat, broken phone, and the fire alarm kept beeping needing new batteries I assume. They couldn't get maintenance person to answer them so they moved us to another room on the 4th floor away from the rest of our party. The new room's refrigerator made noise and didn't get a very good night sleep at all.

The staff was very unfriendly and not at all welcoming!! When we first walked in the girl was filling the drink coolers I believe, just continued until she finally came to check us in. Breakfast was very limited. The waffle machine was empty and never refilled.
